Siblings Cleaning Services LLC

These Terms and Conditions constitute a service agreement between Siblings Cleaning Services LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the client (“Client”, “Customer”, or “you”).

By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Siblings Cleaning Services LLC via telephone, email, website, or any other communication method, the Client agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

Siblings Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any portion of your cleaning service, please notify our office within 24 hours of service completion.

If a task was missed or not completed to our standards, we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. Re-clean services must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service date.

Due to the subjective nature of cleaning services, refunds are not provided once services have been performed.

Employees & Insurance

All cleaning technicians employed or contracted by Siblings Cleaning Services LLC receive training in company cleaning procedures and safety practices.

For customer protection and peace of mind:

• Employees may undergo background checks during hiring
• Staff are covered under applicable liability insurance and workers’ compensation policies
• Employees follow company standards for professionalism and safety

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For scheduling purposes, clients may be required to provide:

• A valid credit or debit card on file
• A deposit of up to 50% of the service cost

Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, or other approved digital payment methods.

By providing a card on file, the Client authorizes Siblings Cleaning Services LLC to charge the payment method for:

• Completed services
• Deposits
• Cancellation fees
• Lockout fees
• Additional services requested

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services and possible collection actions.

Lockout, Same-Day Cancellation & Access Policy

To maintain efficient scheduling and respect the time of our cleaning professionals, clients must ensure reliable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, the appointment will be considered a lockout.

Examples include but are not limited to:

• No one present to provide entry
• Incorrect or non-working door codes
• Keys not available
• Alarm systems preventing entry
• Pets preventing safe entry
• Access denied by tenants or building management
• Any other circumstance preventing entry

Our team will wait up to 30 minutes while reasonable attempts are made to contact the client.

If access is not provided within this timeframe, a lockout fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled cleaning service will apply.

Same-day cancellations or cancellations made after the team has been dispatched are also treated as lockouts and subject to the same fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations are subject to the Lockout Policy described above.

Arrival Window

To maintain efficient scheduling, we operate using arrival windows rather than exact arrival times.

Your cleaning technicians may arrive anytime within your scheduled arrival window.

If access is not available during the arrival window, the appointment may be considered a lockout.

Parking

Clients are responsible for ensuring parking is available within one block of the service location.

If paid parking is required, the client agrees to cover any parking fees incurred during the service.

If parking cannot be secured within a reasonable time, the appointment may be cancelled and subject to the lockout policy.

Pets

We are a pet-friendly company; however, clients are responsible for ensuring pets are secured if necessary for the safety of both the pet and our staff.

Our technicians will not clean animal waste, litter boxes, vomit, or pet accidents due to health and safety policies.

Technicians will clean around these areas if present.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing safe working conditions
• Securing valuables and fragile items
• Informing the Company of delicate surfaces or items
• Ensuring water and electricity are functioning during service

Siblings Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for missing cash or unsecured valuables.

Damage Reporting Policy

If a client believes an item was damaged during service, the claim must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Clients may be asked to provide photo documentation to assist in investigation.

If damage is confirmed to have occurred during service, Siblings Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to repair or replace the item at its discretion.

Pre-Existing Conditions

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper installation.

Examples include:

• Loose grout
• Deteriorated surfaces
• Fragile blinds or fixtures
• Loose hardware
• Improperly installed fixtures

Fixtures & Plumbing Disclaimer

Clients must notify the Company if fixtures such as glass shower doors, faucets, toilets, or plumbing fixtures are loose or improperly installed.

If service proceeds after the client has been informed of potential risk, the client agrees not to hold Siblings Cleaning Services LLC responsible for resulting damage.

Service Limitations

For safety reasons, our staff will not:

• Climb higher than a 3-foot step ladder
• Move items heavier than 20 pounds
• Move appliances such as refrigerators or stoves
• Clean hazardous materials such as blood, mold, or bodily fluids

Services do not include:

• Exterior window cleaning
• Chandelier cleaning
• Rust or paint removal
• Mold remediation
• Insect infestation cleaning

If an active insect infestation is discovered, technicians may leave immediately and the appointment may be charged as a lockout.

Temperature Conditions

Cleaning services will not be performed in environments considered unsafe due to extreme heat or cold.

If indoor conditions prevent safe work, the appointment may be cancelled and the full service fee may apply.

Non-Solicitation of Employees

Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or employ any Siblings Cleaning Services LLC employee or contractor for private cleaning services outside the Company for a period of 12 months following the last service date.

If a client hires a Company employee during this period, the client agrees to pay a $2,500 placement fee to Siblings Cleaning Services LLC.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By booking services, the client authorizes Siblings Cleaning Services LLC to charge the payment method provided for all scheduled services, fees, and additional services requested.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, the Company may provide documentation including:

• Booking confirmations
• Communication records
• Technician arrival records
• Service reports
• Photos taken during service

If a chargeback is filed for services properly performed or scheduled, the client may be responsible for the original service cost, applicable fees, and administrative costs related to the dispute.

Agreement

By scheduling or receiving services from Siblings Cleaning Services LLC, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
